For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks, until you have mastered the positions before moving on to the second intermediate level class for this age group.
Adults: We recommend the 14+ series and the 1 hour Beginner – Intermediate session. These age groups are a guideline based on typical physical development and demands of training at these particular ages.
