This class series is designed for dancers who haven’t pirouetted (or pliéd!) in a while. Join us in a friendly, low-pressure environment where you can ease back into ballet at your own pace, even in a small space at home!

In Class 2, we’ll focus on gently reawakening your hips and back. We’ll explore exercises that improve mobility and core engagement, all designed to help you rediscover the joy of movement.

This class is led by former ENB dancer Laura Hussey, with Graham Webster on the piano.
